Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a commissioners meeting in the Jay County Courthouse on April 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Bids received after Monday April 14, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. EDT will be returned unopened. Bids received by facsimile machine will not be accepted. Only bids from those Contractors who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation’s current listing of Prequalified Contractors for this type of work included in this project will be considered.
